Hey folks!Goodreads is proudly telling me that I have read 69 books this year. That's Mind-blowing - and doesn't include the 7 Beta reads and 6 complete manuscript edits I also did. It's a solid indication of how horror reading can grab you - and I'm really thrilled at the quality and quantity of new (to me) horror writers I'm discovering.It's always going to be a balancing act, writing and reviewing at the same time. I am not the most prolific writer, The Sadeiest took about two years to really pin down, and The Masocheist has also been a slow burn, but it's shaping up. Here's some artwork from the massively talented Bernhard Eisner, that I hope is going to find its way into the book:
